December 20th - Happy Holidays from Ava!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season! Here at Avaricia, we're busy as can be. We've recently added several hundred winter and causal items to enjoy. Beyond that we're also very busy preparing for our new system. You can read more about it by clicking on the to the right!

November 9th - Space Flu Invasion!

It's time for our fourth event! This time, the “Space Flu” is beginning to spread throughout the area, whether you're in Bajerbas village or New Eden. No one seems to be able to find a cure. Beyond that, those mysterious space cats, Bleep and Blip seem to be up to something fishy. We'll also be tossing in some seasonal fun too.

Join us for this exciting and fun event running from November 9th through the 22nd. Yes, that's right! Two whole weeks! Bring your friends, bring your relatives, bring your dog, well... maybe not your dog, but you get what we mean.

October 17th - Changes, Changes!

Things are changing here in the world of Avaricia. One of the first things you might notice is a new layout on the site index page. Here, we'll be putting a small blog updated from time to time with major site news. Of course, be sure to check the announcements forum to keep tabs on everything that's going on at Avaricia.

We're working really hard on preparing for several huge changes. The biggest change will be taking place in the core areas of the site, both the avatars and the avatar, shop and inventory system. I can't speak much about the systems, other than it'll be extremely exciting, with of features that are unique only to Avaricia. You will not find any of this stuff we have planned anywhere but here.

As far as our avatars go, if you don't know already, the members of the community and the lead admins have been working together to create some truly wonderful avatars. You will be able to customize every aspect of your avatar from facial features to your body type. We're working on making avatars that are as unique as you. You can make them as close to life, or as crazy as you want! This is a huge endeavor for our artists, and we're pushing for this to be completed early next year.

We're pretty sure that you'll be extremely pleased with everything we're working on bringing the community. If you'd like to get in on all the action, there is no better time than right now. Otherwise, you might just be sorry once the older items are hard to come by!
